Tried to verdict: failure to timely diagnose and treat acute appendicitis in a young boy. The appendix ruptured following a visit to the Emergency Room. Defended the Emergency Room physician.  Defense verdict for our client.

Tried to verdict:  failure to properly perform oral surgery  during root canal, resulting in nerve damage. Represented the dentist. Defense verdict for our client.

Tried to verdict: failure to diagnose and treat a dislocated shoulder, resulting in permanent damage to the shoulder. Represented hospital which had lost films and records. Hospital liability was limited to $1,600.

Tried to verdict: failure to properly treat a burn on a young man’s hand, resulting in infection and loss of use.  Represented the internist. Defense verdict.

Tried to verdict: failure to diagnose and treat SCFE in a young girl, resulting in leg shortening and a limp. Represented the hospital and an attending pediatrician. Defense verdict.

Trial: failure to prevent a heart biopsy patient from falling in the doctor’s office following the procedure. Represented the cardiologist and a hospital. Dismissed by judge following summations on issues of law.

Trial:  failure to properly treat a fractured hand in a young man, resulting in the need for additional surgery. Settled for low four figures mid trial. Represented orthopedic surgeon who had lost his license.

Trial: failure to properly perform surgery on a woman’s hand who was suffering from DeQuervain’s Syndrome. Settled for $10,000 after openings.

Trial: failure to treat eye infection following cataract surgery, resulting in loss of the eye. Represented one of three co-defendant ophthalmologists. Settled at jury selection, no contribution by our client.

Represented a hospital in a claim for a botched endoscopy.  Summary judgment  in favor of our client
