Lynn Hajek has a made a career of representing hospitals and physicians in medical malpractice cases. She oversees management of the law firm’s medical malpractice area by planning out the strategic approach to each case. She represents clients in Manhattan and throughout the New York metropolitan area.

Ms. Hajek manages the firm’s medical malpractice group and devotes her practice to the defense of hospitals, physicians and other medical professionals. Many of her clients are hospitals and physicians on the cutting edge of medical practice. She has represented several hospitals in the New York City metropolitan area in complex and highly sensitive cases involving obstetrics and neurological procedures.
Education
After graduating magna cum laude from Boston College, Ms. Hajek earned her law degree from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia. While still in law school, she began her legal career by working for a district attorney’s office in the Atlanta area. There, she obtained significant trial experience, including arguing a case before an appellate court − an experience that few lawyers get to have so early in their careers.
