Mr. Arshack graduated from Brandeis University and the University of Stockholm in 1978. He obtained his law degree from the Antioch School of Law in 1983 and thereafter practiced criminal and civil rights law in Washington, D.C. In 1994, he completed post-graduate work in Medical Bio-Ethics and the Humanities at the Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons and the Einstein School of Medicine.

Amber Fayerberg is an experienced civil and criminal litigator.
Practice Areas
Amber practices in the areas of complex civil litigation, consumer protection, criminal defense, and civil rights. She has litigated cases to protect the reproductive rights of women, to defend women and people charged with crimes on the basis of their pregnancy outcomes, from stillbirth to perinatal death, and has also worked on a number of post-conviction relief cases, resulting in the reversal of convictions made based on a woman’s pregnancy outcome.
