Education
Mr. Arshack graduated from Brandeis University and the University of Stockholm in 1978. He obtained his law degree from the Antioch School of Law in 1983 and thereafter practiced criminal and civil rights law in Washington, D.C. In 1994, he completed post-graduate work in Medical Bio-Ethics and the Humanities at the Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons and the Einstein School of Medicine.
