Trademark Claims Dismissed Against German Private Equity Firm
We defended prominent German private equity firm BVT Holdings in a lawsuit for alleged Lanham (Trademark) Act violations. After a protracted battle against a major Manhattan law firm in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, we finally won a dismissal of all claims against our client.
