All Charges Dismissed Against Indian Diplomat

After our team succeeded in collecting evidence in Delhi and New York, which absolutely established our client’s innocence, we filed an application with the Federal Court in Manhattan to have all of the fraud charges dismissed based on our client’s diplomatic status.
Despite the Federal Government’s strong opposition, the Court agreed with us and dismissed all of the charges. Our client has now returned to her position in Delhi.
